Fall Into Winter Bag
I need to make a version or this for “spring into warmer weather”. Utah is getting lots of interesting weather lately.
I designed this bag to represent the change in seasons from fall to winter. It is easy to make if you have basic crochet skills with an understanding of post st placement.
Crochet Hook: I
Notions: yarn needle, 8” oval purse handle or similar, sewing needle, matching thread, large button (approximately 1”-1.5”)
Yarn: Worsted yarn in colors of choice.
Colors used in sample:
2 shades brown (tan and medium)
2 shades yellow (medium and golden)
2 shades orange (bright and burnt)
4 shades red (rust, dark rust, burgundy, bright)
4 shades green (olive, dark olive, dark, medium)
2 shades blue (medium and light)
2 shades purple (deep and light)
2 shades grey (charcoal and light)
Gauge: not important for this project
Size: 15” x 15”
Thanks to Shaunna Hallsson, Lisa Hudson and JoAnne Thompson for their lovely samples.
