US 4 (3.5mm) 16” (40cm) circular
US 6 (4mm) 16” (40cm) circular
US 6 (4mm) 24“ (60cm) circular or DPNs

Gauge (after blocking):
20sts and 24rows = 4” (20cm) in stockinette
