Farmer’s Daughter socks are worked cuff-down in the round, with an afterthought heel, on double-pointed needles or a 9” circular needle.

Instructions are for a 60 (64, 68) stitch circumference leg/ankle/foot, and the sock is knit in this order: Sock Tube (including cuff), Toe, Afterthought Heel.

Skills you will need :

K - Knit.
P - Purl.
YO - Wrap your working yarn around the right needle as if to knit (counter-clockwise).
K2TOG - Knit two stitches together.
SSK - Slip two stitches knitwise, slip left needle through front loop of slipped stitches, knit together.
