I have always loved to work with Hand Painted wools, there are so many talented artists out there, and the yarn really adds depth and dimension to any knitted project. In most cases a piece is knit in a multicoloured yarn, and then a second trim yarn (one of the colours within the Main Colourway) is used at the edging to frame and accent the knitted piece. I decided to switch up this pattern for a more grown up/reserved look. I thought, why not use the trim for the main colour and the multicoloured yarn for the trim. It adds just enough pizzazz while still remaining casual.
