These easy mitts use under 100 yards of yarn for most sizes, knit up in a few short hours, and are great for using up scraps. Make them as last minute gifts and stocking stuffers, but be sure to keep a pair in your favorite color!

Finished size: Women’s M/L (Men’s M/L, Men’s XL), average circ. 7 (8, 9)”, length 6 (7, 8)”
Pattern instructions are written as follows- Bulky; Aran; Worsted; with Women’s (Men’s M/L, Men’s XL) within each yarn weight group.

Yarn: Bulky-55 (60, 65)yds; Aran-65 (75, 85)yds; Worsted-75 (90, 105)yds, approximately.
Suggested Yarns-
•Bulky: Kitchen Sink Dyeworks Merino Bulky, shown in Dexter (grey).
Other options: Quince & Co. Puffin, Blonde Chicken Boutique Handspun Wool.
•Aran: Kitchen Sink Dyeworks Merino Aran, shown in Irie (turquoise) and Ruthie (red); Blue Sky Alpacas Hand Dyes Worsted, shown in #2022 Butterscotch.
•Worsted: Cascade 220, shown in #4002 Charcoal Heather. Other options: Kitchen Sink Dyeworks Merino
Worsted or Eco Merino Worsted, Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted.

Gauge: 3.5; 4; 4.75 sts =1” in 3x1 seeded rib, unstretched, in Bulky; Aran; Worsted yarn.

Needles: US size 10; 8; 7 (6mm, 5mm, 4.5mm) double pointed needles (substitute alternate circular needles of your choice for your favorite circular knitting method), or size needed to obtain gauge for Bulky; Aran; Worsted.
•Optional- US size 9; 7; 6 (5.5mm, 4.5mm, 4mm) double pointed needles for wrist/palm ribbing (see tip below).
