Versatile basic crocheted cardigan has a V-neckline and includes a wide range of sizes. Instructions for this classic cardigan with raglan sleeves and two worked-in pockets allow you to adopt it for mother and daughter as well as for father and son.

CHILDREN’S SIZES: Child’s 4 6-8-10-12-14 fits chest size 23” 24”-26”-28”-30”-32”. Sweater measures 12 ½” 13”-14”-15”-16”-17” across back at underarms and 15” 16 ½”-18”-19 ½”-21”-22 ½” from back of neck to lower edge.

3 3-4-4-5-5 skeins knitting worsted weight yarn
Crochet hook size G (or metric size 4.50 mm) or the size required to give you the correct gauge
Tapestry needle
Five ¾”-diameter buttons

ADULT SIZES: Chest/bust measurement, 34” 36”-38”-40”-42”-44”-46”-48”. Sweater measures 18” 19”-20”-21”-22”-23”-24”-25” across back at underarms and 23” 24”-25”-26”-27”-28”-28 ½”-29 ½” from back neck to lower edge.
