I wrote this super easy fingerless mitten pattern to be knitted with row count and no abbreviations - so it’s easy to work while you watch TV.

Gauge is general. As long as you are fairly close, it’s OK, these are stretchy and fit a wide variety of sizes. They’re great for using up scrap or stash yarns. It only takes 1.8 - 2oz. of worsted weight (and if you’re good at substituting yarns you can be very creative!! But please don’t ask me to help you do it. If you don’t know how, it’s time to start experimenting.)

You can knit these in an evening or weekend for quick gifts for just about anyone! (And they’re really easy to adapt to suit your own personal taste.) I’ve included an alternate fingertip top. If you knit a couple of pairs you’ll soon have ideas how to customize these quick and easy mitts to suit yourself :)

Let me know what you think! Happy knitting!!
