These extremely simple socks are knit from the toe up. What is so beautiful about their construction is that there are no stitches to pick up, yet you have a gusset and heel flap that looks just like the top-down versions out there. The instructions for this sock is just a plain stockinette pattern, however, it is very easy to add ribbing or other designs to the top of the foot and leg.

These socks have a 10% negative ease. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger one. Gauge is really important to how these socks fit, so please adjust needle sizes as necessary!
