Row 1: you should knit for 87 stitches on the two side wedges, and not 86 as in the original pattern.
Row 3: you should knit for 89 stitches on the two side wedges, and not 88 as in the original pattern.

Fay is a perfect project for beginner shawl knitter or a knitter who appreciates a beauty of a simple shawl.

The shawl is constructed of three wedges, knitted top down and combined to create this crescent moon shawl.
