This feather and fan shawlette is a semicircular shawl, for wearing under your jacket or to decorate a simple sweater. Add beads if you wish to, leave them if you find it too much juggling around. You can squeeze it out of a 100g laceweight skein (for instance Malabrigo lace or your own handspun). Make it bigger if you want to, just expand the chart or written instructions which should be easy to do.

Casting off is done on a 5mm needle to make sure it can be blocked wide enough.

Pictured shawlette is 80cm measured at the long side (a bit too small to drape nicely), pattern is written to be 1m, when measured at the long side.
