The colors of this cozy wrap say Spring is here, but the soft squishy garter chevron stitch will keep you cozy when there’s still a chill in the air. Fingering weight Mirasol Sulka Legato is held double, creating a gentle gradation of marled spring pastels. The luxurious Merino/Alpaca/Silk blend is the perfect fiber for this cozy wrap, and the double strand garter stitch chevron pattern is soft and squishy. Wrap is knit lengthwise on a long circular needle. Ends are finished with fringe in colors corresponding to each gradient stripe.

Yarn: Mirasol Sulka Legato, 50 gram skein, one each of the following colors:
Color A = 01 Pearl, Color B = 25 Snow, Color C = 26 Lemon, Color D = 27 Rosewood, Color E = 30 Lavender, Color F = 28 Bayshore.
Yarn is held double throughout. I recommend dividing each 50 gram skein into balls of 34 and 16 grams for ease of holding double. Use the larger ball when holding with another color, then you’ll have two equal balls when holding the same color double.

Circular needle, 32” or longer US size 7 (4.5mm)
Stitch markers (optional)
Crochet hook, for attaching fringe (optional)

Finished size after blocking: 12 inches wide x 72 inches long, without fringe.
Gauge after blocking: 17 sts over 4 inches, in garter chevron pattern
