This knit and felt beanie hat is knitted seamlessly using double ended needles.
The fantastic yarn will create wonderful random stripes as you knit.

The beanie is felted by simply washing!!
The pure wool fibers shrink and matt into felt just like a washday sweater disaster!

Felted Size (Adults).
Small 50 - 54cm
Medium 55 - 59cm
Large 60 - 65cm Hats can be adjusted to fit perfectly during felting

Small 2 x 50gm ball (100m Filzwolle)
Medium /Large 4 x 50gm ball (200m Filzwolle)

Recommended Yarn
Lana Grossa Feltro Spectra- 2 x 50gm/50m

Alternative yarns-
Rico Creative Filz print, Lana Grossa Feltro Spectra and Schoeller Und Stahl Filzi all produce lovely results

If using a substitute yarn your project may felt to a different size, you may also have problems with the knitting felting shut. This can be avoided by putting plastic bags inside the project during felting.
