For the houseplant that has everything. Knit from the top down, the ruffles are attached as you go. Once the bottom has been completed, the top edge is trimmed with I-cord and it’s time to felt.
Materials: US 11 double points & 24” circular, US 10 1/2 circular 24” for ruffles, 2 stitch markers, 2 point protectors.
