Gauge: 12 stitches (measured along bias row; Note: final strip width above is measured horizontally across body of strap, not diagonally along the bias) x 12 rows = 4 inches 10 cm in garter stitch (knit every row)

Strap is created with diagonal knitting. Item is knitted with two strands of yarn held together throughout pattern.

Braided yarn forms the tie for the guitar neck. After felting, cut slit at other end for the peg on the bottom of the guitar.
