The fan shapes in the “stained glass starflower motif” are outlined in black which makes the motif look like a stained glass window. The “stained glass starflower motif” can also be used on jackets, sweatshirts, or as a trivet, a sun catcher, etc.

It looks complicated but once you get the hang of it you will not want to put your knitting down. Most of the diagrams used in the pattern are easy to follow pictures.

The bag is knit separately from the “stained glass starflower motif“. Add a pretty button, brooch pin, a favorite earring that lost it’s mate, etc. to make your starflower shine!

Get out your crayons to plan your own unique color combinations and create your own “Felted Stained Glass Starflower Bag“! This bag seems to glow and it is truly beautiful and unique!

Bag dimensions: Measured laying down. From the bottom of the “V” at the handle join; 10 ½” tall, 12 ½” wide tapering down to 9 ½”. The rectangle shaped bottom is 4” by 9 ½”.
