Any sport weight yarn will do. I used some of my hand spun yarn for the project.
I found this hat at T J Maxx, the hat was a slouch hat. Didn’t like. It was most likely made straight on a knitting machine. There were no decreases. HATED! So I took lace pattern off the hat figured out the decreases and ended up with a beautiful hat!
