From Pattern Description This design for both boys and girls was inspired by Norwegian national costumes. The pattern here consists of a cardigan, hat, skirt and knickers with suspenders, and cabled knee socks. Pewter Clasps, buttons and crochet edging complete the inspired detailing of this special outfit.
