Feeling Festive?!
Fester Jester is a very quick to make neckerchief/shawl that is worked using the popular ‘Tweed’ stitch, also known as ‘Linen’ or ‘Moss’ stitch as well as other names. The stitches along the bottom create a beautiful effect of ‘twirling’ of the neckerchief’s beaded edge as it hangs down.

As I was working the last few rows of this design, I realised how much it resembled a decorated tree, and so I felt it would add to the fun to add a little bell at the top of ‘the tree’, of the central tip. You could even get creative and add a charm, or another bead, or even just leave it plain.

It is so simple yet effective, quick to work, and so makes for the perfect last minute Christmas gift.
