Feuillemort; the color of a fading, dying leaf. Its beauty and inevitability strikes just as hard every autumn.

These textured, fitted mittens are knit in Sirri 5-ply, a chunky weight yarn made from 100% Faroese Wool. They were designed to accompany you in the changes of the season and protect your paws from frosty, chilly and windy weather.

For this pattern you will need:
1 (1) skein of Sirri 5-ply (100% Faroese Wool; 75 m/82 yds per 100g, shown here in colorway Medium Grey), 1 set of DPNs size 6 mm (US 10) (or size to obtain correct gauge), 3 stitch markers (one different from the other), 1 tapestry needle and scrap yarn or stitch holder.

The mittens are worked from the cuff. The chevron pattern is charted only and the columns marked with green in the chart are only to be worked for size 2. Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
