This scarf is designed to complement the hat used as the weapon, and includes many variations for personalization. You can use any yarn at basically any gauge you like, but on this one I really do recommend using the yarn it was designed for if you would like it to complement a Death Hat.

How much yarn you will need will depend on how long/wide you like your scarves. Judge according to gauge.
