I envisioned this skirt and sketched it long before I was sure just how I was going to “make it work”. The answer came to me in one of my middle-of-the-night thoughts. The unusual construction of this skirt gives you two skirts in one. Wear it as a short pencil skirt, or slip on the ruffly flounce which is attached to a half slip to convert to a long, elegant party skirt. Pair the skirt with the Fiesta Shell to com0lete the outfit. The yarn used is 100% cotton, with a beautiful sheen, easy to crochet with, easy to wear.

Note: yarn amount includes the amount needed for the shell.
