I wanted thread coasters to give as gifts that would not need to be blocked by the receiver, Since not everyone knows how to block crochet work, and we all know coasters are going to get dirty and need laundered. This my solution. These are double sided with a piece of craft foam in the center. They hold thier shape and can be washed under warm running water and the foam helps hold the shape while they dry. They are also great cushion for you glass or cup.
