Rose smock is a reversible all-season garment that is simple and beautiful. Wear it with a flowy sun dress, over a beach bikini, or simply throw it on over of your favorite top. It features a zig-zagged hemline on one side, and a straight hemline on the other. The smock design features rose blossoms on both sides, with a pleasing layout and placements of rose buds and flowers.

To make the garment, opt for a fine yarn that can give you similar gauge as described in pattern. For finer yarns, you can combine 2 strands to obtain a similar gauge. Remember to wash and block your gauge piece for more accurate sizing. The width of the smock does not have much room for size adjustment, but the shoulders can be shortened by reducing an even number of rows when making. So when testing gauge, the number of horizontal filet squares that takes to make up 10cm is of more importance.
