This swirly filigree-like vertical edging motif was designed to go along with the fleur de lys chart.

Each elongated “S” shape is 7 stitches wide and 28 rows tall, and designed to interlace with its neighbors…or not as you choose. The motif works well in either garter or stockinette stitch.
