An empire-waisted, scoop-necked, cap-sleeved summer-y top that is fitted at and below the bust and flares out slightly, thanks to its lace skirt, down to its high-hip hem. Knit into the round to the armholes and then worked flat, the lace pattern is pretty, interesting, but not difficult, even for the lace novice. Twisted ribbing below the bust provides a bit of additional shaping.

A range of yardage amounts is given, because taller gals will probably want to lengthen this top!

Other gauges:
20.4 sts = 4” in filigree lace on US size 4 (3.5mm) needles
25.44 sts = 4” in k2tbl, p1 ribbing on US size 4 (3.5mm) needles

Written pattern to be posted; will post charts if I can figure out how to make decent ones in Excel/Numbers
