This is a GRAPHIC pattern and PHOTO tutorial.

This pattern is an alternative solution to fill in the gaps left in the hexagon blankets.

My solution is to fill in the gaps with 3 rows of granny stripes. This works for hexagonal motifs that are granny-like, with clusters of 3-dc´s. But it could work as well with motifs that have all dc’s on the last row.
