The double-layered hat with a simple cable pattern is started at one tip and is worked continuously in the round. Increases are used to achieve the final width, then the hat is worked to a length of approx. 68 cm/26.8” without further increases. Decreases from the second tip of the hat. One half of the hat is pulled inwards, creating the double-layered hat and the wide lower edge is then turned up.

Die doppelt liegende Mütze mit einem einfachen Zopfmuster wird an einer Spitze begonnen und durchgehend in Runden gearbeitet. Durch Zunahmen wird die endgültige Weite erreicht, anschließend wird bis zu einer Länge von ca. 68 cm ohne weitere Zunahmen in die Höhe gestrickt, Abnahmen bilden die zweite Mützenspitze. Eine Hälfte der Mütze wird nach innen gezogen und somit doppelt gelegt, der breite untere Rand wird umgeschlagen.
