Knit in the round, top down, these one-size-fits-most fingerless mitts are cozy, practical and fun to knit. A twisted-stitch pattern on the back keeps the knitting interesting, while the 2x2rib pattern on the palm-side makes for cushy warmth!

These are my go-to mitts for working on the computer in the early morning/ late night coolness … or for running around town with the kids.

These mitts use all of two skeins of Nashua Handknits “Snowbird” in a light-green tweed (think pistachio), but any worsted weight, lofty wool/alpaca blend (about 150 yards) will work beautifully for these extra-long (5-inches below the wrist) beauties.

Directions are charted and round-by-round.
