NOTE: In Row 9 you will end with 35 sts (not 37). This is NOT an error. On Row 10, you will knit into the front and back of the 2 yo’s to get back up to the 37. This way the top of the shamrock does not have a larger YO than the rest of the leaves.

This is a great pattern for learning to read charts -- I’ve given a chart with row-by-row directions so you can quickly move from the written to the picture!

This washcloth, in worsted, knits up fast … just in time for puttin’ on the Irish for St. Patrick’s Day (or ANY day of the year!).
