Crisp linen hooked into a web of lace creates the perfect wrap for spring and summer evenings. The clusters of half double crochet are like little flowers, and the classic mesh edging is adorned with tiny beaded dewdrops. The linen is cool on the skin, and softens with use to create an instant favorite.

Skill Level: Intermediate

The easy to master repeating lace pattern will be a breeze for intermediate hookers, and first time lace makers will enjoy turning all of their basic stitches into a web of fabric.

Pattern is written, worked in rows, and beaded edging is added at the end using a “bead as you go” method.

Pattern uses standard US stitch names.

In addition to the yarn you will need about 12 grams size 6/o glass beads for the edging.

To bring out the lace pattern and create a nice drape to the fabric, firm blocking is a must!
