Knit in a heavier gauge yarn than fit-in-your-shoes socks, these knit up very quickly on size 5 needles--in two or three evenings, perhaps. They’re also knit with a machine-washable Merino wool to insure the recipients will be able to wear them long after you’ve played “Mele Kalikimaka” for the last time.
