First frost scarf
by Fiona McGow
Some days it isn’t cold enough for full on winter woollies but you still want just a little something to stave off the chill, for those days I made a little scarf with a lot of swish.
It is really long and thin and has a whole lot of leaves along the edge for just that little bit of pretty.
I worked the scarf in two slightly different shades of yarn to produce a subtle stripe and alternating leaf colours - but it would lend itself to more striking colour mixes - or a single colour just as well.
