First Snow is worked from the upper left corner to the right edge.
The pattern is split in the middle colorwise by rows of breaks that increase in size. The pattern is symmetrical.
Gauge is not particulary important for this pattern.

This is a very fresh lightweight summer shawl that can be knit in any fingering weight yarn but in my opinion looks best mixing in some speckled yarn.
