A traditional Guernsey sweater with instructions call for knitting in the round on six 10 inch double pointed needles as would have been done before the development of circular needles.

The sweater is seamless, sleeves are added by picking up stitches from the armhole and knitting down to the cuff. Shoulders are joined using a three-needle bind off.

Sizes: 38, 40, 42 and 44 inch chest measurement.
