Plush garter stripes bracket a lacy section of overlapping leaves. The asymmetrical shawl is worked from tip to base, gradually increasing on one side.

The finished measurements, after blocking, are: wingspan 47” and center back 26.25”. Your measurements may vary depending on how vigorously you block the shawl.

This is an Intermediate level project: you will be working the leaf section from either a chart or written instructions.

You will need:

  • 390 yards of fingering weight yarn in Color A and 305 yards of fingering weight yarn in Color B. The sample shown is worked in Highland Fingering by Cloudborn yarns in Stone Heather (Color A) and Shaela Heather (Color B).

  • A US size 4 (3.5mm) 32” circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge
