Five Hundred Miles is a bottom-up, v-neck cardigan. The body is worked flat. The sleeves are worked in the round until the armhole shaping, and are then worked flat. Pieces are seamed together. Optional directions are given for adding stripes as seen in the sample.

Approx. 980 (1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1600, 1700) yd/ 896 (1006, 1097, 1189, 1280, 1463, 1554) m fingering weight, merino yarn.
