This pattern is for a knit wrap skirt for Neo Blythe (12”)

This skirt is knit flat on size 0 (2.0mm) double-pointed needles using Lace (2-ply) yarn.

As shown, this skirt uses two colors of yarn. You can make it in solids, stripes, or variegated yarn, and you could use as many colors as you wish, or all one color.

The hem of this skirt is slightly flared. If blocked flat, this will appear as a flare, but can also be blocked as a ruffle, or will ruffle if left unblocked if it works for the yarn.
