A “plain” sock pattern that works for variegated, self-striping, semi-solid and solid sock yarn. Three heel flap options are included.

They’ll fly off your needles, as quick as a flash!

At the end of the pattern I have included some tips & tricks for knitting socks.

Gauge:

  • 10 stitches per inch, 2.25mm needles
  • 9 stitches per inch, 2.5mm needles

Sizes:

  • Women’s Small - Medium (use 2.25mm needles)
  • Women’s Medium - Large/Men’s Medium (use 2.25mm needles)
  • Men’s Large (use 2.5mm needles)

Yarn: Fingering/4ply sock yarn

Needles: 2.25mm or 2.5mm/US#1
