The Fléta Crop Top are knitted from the top down with raglan seams featuring braided details that merge together under the arm before ending with a seed stitch band. The v-neck collar and sleeves are worked in a twisted 1x1 rib with the seed stitch band edged with a vikkel braid at the top and an i-cord bind off at the bottom.

This pattern works like a recipe - you enter your measurements into a Google Sheets file and it tells you the stitch counts and repeats you will need. The written instructions are comprehensive but relies entirely on the counts from the Google Sheets file. If the counts do not look right you are welcome to contact me and we can work through it together.

The Google Sheets file is only tested for the provided gauge - 15 stitches by 10 rows over a 10x10cm square, but you can adjust the gauge to be in line with your own if you cannot reach my gauge. Please bear in mind the recipe would not work for yarn weight substitutions!

The pattern has been designed with Knotty Habit 3-Ply Merino but any other DK yarn that achieves the right gauge is perfect. It is knitted with a 4mm needle throughout and uses a 3.5mm needle on the ribbing sections. The original design is a crop-top but can easily be extended to be a full-size sweater.
