Sleeveless dress in hand dyed cotton can become a blouse or tunic as the wearer grows. Wonderful ruffled edge and appliques add whimsy.


Two flip-flop appliques are knit separately and sewn to the front of the dress.  Small amounts of Blue and Brown yarn are required for the appliques.
