Flora was inspired by my love for Victorian lace. I loved the complex look of the lace and how it was all done on smaller needles. Though, I skipped the tiny needles usually used in that era, I still kept the look of the complex lace. Don’t worry, it’s actually much simpler than it looks. The border is knitted first and then the body is picked up along the edge and knitted upwards.

It’s actually made up of two pieces, sewn together in the middle, to create a downward look of the leaves. Don’t let the light an airy look of the scarf fool you, it scrunches up around the neck for full fall coverage and has the lovely drape of a luxurious Victorian garment.

NOTE: I didn’t add the gauge to the pattern or store, mainly because it’s not applicable to the pattern. I did add it here so you got a general idea of how the pattern will work out.
