This Grannie Square / Block can be used for any purpose you like.
A bag, a blanket, a pillof, a scarf, you name it.

The flower on the square gets lifted a little so it has a slight 3D effect.

Depending on what you make with the square, you will need a little or a lot of yarn.
I won’t mention a gauge since the pattern doesn’t really need that. Use similar yarn or combine strings of yarn (like I did in the example) that represent similar thickness.
