These crochet mittens are quick and easy to make, using simple double crochet, half treble and treble stitches. The pretty flowers are also very straightforward and add a pretty decoration.
Pattern for mitts is given in UK crochet terms and also US crochet terms.
Each finished mitt measures approx 18cm circumference and 9cm long (fits average ladies hands).
Instructions are given for using the Foundation Row method, or the standard Foundation Chain method.
You will need a stretchy DK yarn for the mitts and any aran yarn for the flowers. Plus a 4mm (US G-6) hook and a 5mm (US H-8) hook.
These mitts were made using Yarn Stories Fine Merino & Baby Alpaca DK (70% wool, 30% alpaca, 50g/120m), 1 ball of Leaf.
Plus the flowers were made using Yarn Stories Fine Merino & Baby Alpaca Aran (70% wool, 30% alpaca, 50g/95m), 1 ball of each: French Navy and Mulberry.
A full list of abbreviations is also given in the pattern.
