A delicate border of blossoms and lace trims this lovely shawl for a baby made in fine random pastel yarn. The main part of the shawl is worked in doubles accented with swirling lines of open work.

This pattern is written out with illustrations for the construction of the border of flowers in Stitch by Stitch, A Home Library Volume 2.
