Flutterby Dreams was a dream that became a reality. Teeny tiny butterflies in flight that are delicate and lovely to look upon. Knit using fingering weight yarn, it has a soft drape that accentuates the dainty feel of the shawl. If held up to the light, you almost feel like the butterflies are flying up and out of the piece. This shawl is the perfect addition to wear bandana style and dress up a “t-shirt and jeans outfit” or drape over the shoulders to complete an evening out in your favorite dress.

This shawl is knit top-down starting with a garter tab.

This pattern is written for light fingering as well as fingering weight yarn.
