These cute socks were designed using a simple feather and fan lace pattern for a fun yet elegant pair of feet! Their construction is fairly simple, worked from the cuff down with a heel flap and gusset. They are cute, fun, and I promise they will keep you warm (and in style!) all year round.

This pattern calls for 1 skein (approx. 400 yards) of fingering weight yarn for most foot sizes.

All the instructions are written, no charts are provided.

Basic instructions are given for a women size 8 or 9, but please note that you can ajust the length of the sock or the leg by changing the number of pattern repeats or adjust the width by changing the number of stitches cast on or modify the gauge.

Don’t knit a sock that won’t fit! :)

Techniques used in this pattern :

  • Knit, purl, knit 2 together, yarn over, slip slip knit (SSK), Knit through the back loop, kitchener’s stitch.
