“Fönstret” (The Window) was designed by Anna-Lisa Mannheimer Lunn or Emma Jacobsson for Bohus Stickning in the early 1940s.

The knitting kit for Fönstret is based on original patterns and models from museum and private collections. The pattern is recreated as pullover/cardigan with full-patterned front, as a ha,t and as mittens.

The garment is knitted in a two-strand lambswool yarn from Henrichsen Uldspinderi in Denmark. The lambswool yarn consists of merino wool from New Zealand and a small portion from Gotland fur sheep, guaranteed mulesing-free.

The hat is worked from the bottom up with up to three pattern colors used simultaneously on 2.5 mm circular needles (or 2.0 mm needles for a smaller size).
