For the birds….
Walking Percy our dog daily, I see so many beautiful birds each day. That made me think that I should knit something with adorable birds.

I hope you too will enjoy this easy to knit, two color oversized cowl featuring stranded knitting to create a string of adorable birds with two differing rib patterns framing them. The size allows you to wear it many ways including wrapped around your neck twice to stay warm on those cooler days.

Techniques used: Knitted in the round with color changes, easy stranded knitting, ribbing, increases, catching floats in the back and stretchy bind off.

The pattern is written, has a chart and a how to video link on how to catch the floats in the back.

One size fits all.
Measurements: Bottom circumference 62”, Ribbing circumference 48”, Height 12”.
