This throw layout was inspired by a sparse repeating stitch design from my book “Stitch Definition.” It gains new-found character with the addition of dense patterning. The size is suitable for a baby blanket.

While the overall lattice structure remains consistent throughout, areas filled with various stitch details create a central diamond feature and ribbed borders.

Layout is charted only. The chart(s) for each section of rows are given in full on one page, using 1-3 charts as required.

The minimal finishing steps are done with 4.5mm / 7US needles.
