Forest Lake is the perfect cold-weather staple for every little man’s closet. A classic fisherman’s cardigan, its Aran cabled panels decorate the front, back, and sleeves.

To Fit Baby/Child 6-12 months (12-24 months, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10).

Finished Measurements 20¼ (21, 22½, 23¾, 26¼, 28¼, 30¼)”/51.5 53.5, 57, 60.5, 66.5, 71.5, 76.5cm chest circumference. Cardigan shown measures 22½”/57cm, designed to be worn with 2”/5cm of positive ease.

Yarn Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Sport (100% Superwash Merino), 136.5yds 125m/1.75oz 50g: #817 Aran 4 (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) hanks.

Needles US Size 5 (3.75mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions 5 (5, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8) buttons - size 5/8”/16mm; sewing thread; sewing needle; markers; tapestry needle.

Gauge 24 sts and 32 rows = 4”/10cm in St st; 21 sts = 4”/10cm in Moss Stitch; Chart A = 8½”/21.5cm; Chart B = 3½”/9cm; Chart C = 3½”/9cm.

Notes Pieces are worked flat and then seamed. Read all charts from right to left for RS (odd numbered rows) and left to right for WS (even numbered rows).
